[Review by Seven] This is a rather small issue (again), so the PAiN-staff tries to get the
audience more active: a new letterbox feature will show mail plus "everything
that doesn't fit in the articles", and there's the PAiN Hardcore Session, which
is in fact a coding compo. First mission: make the best starfield in HTML and
javascript. The articles include the sequel to the C++ tutorial plus a
javascript one (to aid with the compo, probably), two party-reports from
Mekka/Symposium99 and Arf!Party, plus a rallying cry for action: "Reanimate
our scene". Same bugs as in the previous issue: blue text, and non-working
winpain.exe, despite the bugfix. (It works for me, even under WinXP, see the screenshot ;-) /Unlock)
